This site reflects my personal perspectives and independent writing. Views are my own and do not represent any employer, client, or affiliated organization.

No accounts or marketing pixels

This static site does not provide user accounts, login areas, marketing pixels, behavioral advertising, contact forms, or tracking cookies.

Browser preferences

The site uses browser local storage to remember display preferences, including the selected color theme and whether the homepage intro has already played. These preferences stay in your browser and are not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.

Basic hosting logs

The site is hosted through static web infrastructure. Basic server or platform logs may be created by hosting providers for security, reliability, abuse prevention, diagnostics, or operational purposes.

Contact and scheduling information

If you send an email, connect through an external professional platform, or schedule time through Calendly, the information you provide is used to review, reply to, or coordinate the request. Do not send confidential, sensitive, regulated, or proprietary information unless an appropriate channel and context already exist.

External services

This site may link to external services such as LinkedIn, Calendly, or email software, and may load third-party resources such as icon stylesheets. Those services may receive request information such as IP address, browser details, referring page, or information you choose to provide to them. Their own privacy practices and policies apply.

Google sign-in and protected access

Some protected areas of this site use Cloudflare Access with Google authentication.

When you sign in with Google, basic account information may be shared with Cloudflare Access, including your name, email address, and Google account identifier. This information is used only to verify whether your account is allowed to access the protected area.

This site does not use Google authentication to access, read, store, modify, or delete Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, Google Photos, or other Google content.

Authentication events may be processed by Cloudflare as part of access control, security logging, and abuse prevention. For more information, see Eliezer Chavez Access.

Professional scope

This site is a personal publication for professional writing, speaking context, and appropriate professional conversation. Professional collaboration is considered case by case and only where scope, timing, structure, and applicable obligations allow.

The material published here is based on public information, professional experience, and original analysis. It does not disclose confidential client, employer, or partner information.
